All our hats are made to measure. We only work on order and make each piece in our workshop using traditional hat-making techniques. Each shape is modeled in wood and every detail is sewn by hand with great delicacy and love.

We have a wide collection of wooden molds to create our pieces. This process is laborious and takes place in several stages. We start by assembling the wet cone and brim into the shapes chosen by the client. After it dries, we disassemble the piece and continue the work by hand, assembling the different parts and adding the threads, bias and interior ribbons and chosen embellishments. These can be feathers, silk flowers made in our atelier, silk bows, brooches etc.
